Registration proccess for groups is that first they apply to join either online via the website or in writing to the office. They are added to a database as registrations to be reviewed by the PPN Secretariat. Here they are either approved or further information is requested. When approved they are transferred to the database Organizations list, upon which they will receive notification with an ID Number. When the Webservices receives the data the website is then updated with the new official groups and not until then. If you feel that your Group should be on the Website List but is not then please contact office@mayoppn.net  and we will check it out for you as quickly as possible.
